Vernick Fish is going Down the Shore - Meet us in Margate

Join us Down the Shore this August! 

Our team will be hosting a five-day culinary activation and collaborative fundraising dinner in partnership with Cookie Till, Owner of Steve & Cookies

Guests can anticipate a casual, takeaway interpretation of our famed ceviche, crudos, and seafood-driven bites. The Steve & Cookie's team will serve refreshing cocktails from their outdoor bar and invite guests to take a break at one of the restaurant's existing picnic tables. 

The shore-inspired presence will be located daily in the parking lot of Steve & Cookies from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. from Monday, August 8 - to Friday, August 12. 

Vernick Coffee Bar will also be heading Down the Shore for the weekly Margate Community & Farmer’s Market. The Vernick team will serve savory and sweet breakfast items from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 11th.

Our week-long presence will conclude with an intimate dinner under the stars on Saturday, August 13th at Till's Farm, Reed's Organic Farm & Animal Sanctuary. The dinner will be prepared by Chef Greg and Vernick Fish Chef de Cuisine Andrew Parassio, utilizing ingredients grown at the farm. A portion of the sales from the pop-up and dinner to benefit Meaningful Purpose at Reed’s Organic Farm. Follow along on Instagram and check back in for more information about the ticketed event.
