Shore-Inspired Weekday Presence

we brought a taste of Vernick Fish to Margate, NJ, in the parking lot of Steve & Cookie's from 11 am - 3 pm from Monday, August 7 - Friday, August 11. guests enjoyed a casual, takeaway interpretation of our ceviches, crudos, and seafood-driven bites.

Benefit Dinner Under the Stars

to conclude the week, we celebrated w/ an intimate dinner under the stars on Saturday, August 12th at Till's Farm, Reed's Farm. the family-style dinner was prepared by Chef Greg and Vernick Fish Chef de Cuisine Dave Paterniti, utilizing ingredients grown at the farm. a portion of the sales from the pop-up and dinner to benefit Meaningful Purpose at Reed’s Farm.
