dave's passion for cooking started young, as he spent a lot of time in the kitchen cooking with his mother. By the age of 8 he knew that he wanted to be a chef. after graduating with a bachelors degree from the Culinary Institute of America in 2014, dave joined Talula's Garden and quickly made his way up the culinary ladder. chef dave went from prep cook to sous chef to expediter in just 3 years before joining the team for the opening of Vernick Fish.
since before the opening of Vernick Fish, chef dave has demonstrated his skills and hard work as he leads the Vernick Fish culinary team through service each week.
