Dawn Trabing

Beverage Director, Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia

Dawn first discovered her passion for all things wine and spirits during the early years of her career as a bartender. Beginning in 2010, she began to uncover what creating classic, quality beverages truly entailed and since then has been honing her love and fascination with wine and spirits. 

With a career spanning across the East Coast, Dawn now calls Philadelphia home, where she runs the beverage programs at Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia, including the four on-property restaurants by two chef partners, Greg Vernick and Jean-Georges Vongerichten, as well as overseeing all Hotel beverage operations, including banquets and In-Room Dining.
